2. Staff washroom door has a self-closing device and ventilation is on.
3. For any new menu items, provide food safety plans and check with City/Fire/Gas Departments for their approval if necessary. Soft serve ice cream - provide cleaning services.
4. Surfaces to be smooth, impervious to moisture and clean (replace plywood).
