Follow up inspection to report# DSOG-C47MNJ: - Ice machine is cleaned and free of any mildew build up inside. - All food items stored off the floor on racks or other shelving units. - General sanitation has improved. Ventilation hood appears to be clean. - Cardboard was no longer being used to collect grease in front of the grill. - Thermometers inside all coolers. - FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
