Routine inspection conducted.
Facility had two staff members on site.

Temperatures:
- Walk-in cooler/retail cooler: 1C
- Walk-in freezer/retail freezer: -20C
- Display coolers: <4C
- Under-counter coolers (2): <4C
- Under-counter freezer: -18C
- Hot holding over-counter unit: 75C
- Hot holding rolling unit: 76C
- Cooking unit (rollers): 81C
- Thermometers were available on site.

Sanitation:
- Hand washing sinks were adequately equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels.
- 3-compartment sink had functioning plugs.
- Sanitizer spray bottle contained 200 ppm QUATS solution.
- Sanitizer dispenser was functional.
- Overall sanitation is excellent (under counters, behind equipment, and in hard to reach areas).
- Staff was observed washing their hands frequently between tasks.
- Slurpee machines and coffee stations were in satisfactory sanitary condition. The nozzles are cleaned regularly.

Storage:
- Items were pre-packaged and labelled with dates inside the coolers.
- Food was stored off the floor.
- Condiments for self-serve include ketchup, relish, mayo, pickled onions, vinegar - which are stored in the top inserts of one of the under-counter preparation coolers.
- No pest activity was noted at the time of inspection.
- Facility is monitored by a professional pest control company.
- Chemicals are stored separately in the cabinet under the hand washing sink.

Administration:
- Permit was posted in a conspicuous location.
- Temperature logs for coolers and freezers were up to date.
- Supervisor on site had Food Safe level 1 certification as well as the 7-eleven internal food safety training certification.

COVID-19 Safety:
- COVID-19 safety plan was posted.
- Signs for physical distancing and masks were posted
- Staff were wearing masks.
- Staff and individuals entering the staff area are screened for temperature.
- Coffee and slurpee stations had hand sanitizers available and signs were posted.
*Condiments station did not have hand sanitizer or signs available.
NOTE: all self-serve stations should be accompanied with hand sanitizers and signs reminding customers to sanitize their hands before touching common surfaces.
