Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: The following was observed:
1. Server/expo area hand washing station was fully obstructed by a box located on top of the sink.
2. Hand washing station located at the kitchen line lacked accessible paper towels.
3. Hand washing station located in oyster shucking area lacked cold water (cold water tap was broken).
Correction: Box removed and paper towels were made accessible for hand washing stations noted above (1. and 2.). Ensure that all hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper hand washing. Ensure cold water is available at hand washing station located in oyster shucking area. Date to be corrected by: Today.

- New faucet handles have been installed at hand washing station located in oyster shucking area. Both hot and cold water available.
