-Follow-up inspection to Sept 13, 2018
-Cooler unit has been serviced. Temperature control unit has been replaced. Temperatures were at 1C (top) 3C (middle) and 4C (bottom).
-Accurate thermometers preset on cold holding units. Ensure temperatures are checked and recorded daily and corrective actions are documented as per your approved food safety plan. Keep records on-site for at least three months.
-Operator contacted fire inspector and portable fryer has been removed as per the direction of the fire department.
-Facility is given Health Approval to operate. Condition of permit: Take out only. Note: this approval does not exempt you from receiving approvals from other agencies.
