Follow-up Inspection:
Ventilation canopies have been serviced and cleaned. Operator informed that hoods will be serviced every 3-4 months and the baffles will be cleaned weekly.
General sanitation of premises has improved significantly, especially in the following areas:
- Floors and walls throughout facility.
- Underneath all equipment, fryer/stove, dishwasher, sinks, etc.
- Outside handles of all coolers and freezers.
Sliding door cooler temperature is now maintained at 0.8 degrees Celsius. Ensure to maintain temperatures of all coolers at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
