Freezers were at -18 deg C or colder.
Coolers were at 4 deg or colder.
Hot holding for hot dogs, chicken strips and pizzas were at 60 deg C or above (timer provided for all hot holding).
Cooking temp. log was available and up to date.
Temperature log was well maintained.
Employees wearing clean uniforms and hair nets.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
Pest control in place. Pest control company is dealing with fly issues.
