Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
Hot and cold water available.
Dedicated hand washing station in use with liquid soap, paper towels and hot and cold water.
Food protected from contamination.
2 compartment sink. 200 ppm bleach solution in use and labelled. - good.
Dishwasher final rinse at 50 ppm chlorine solution at 61C tested at the plate.
Note: Ensure to test glass washer daily for chlorine level. 50 ppm on the test strip is a light purple.
100 ppm chlorine solution is acceptable too but is generally too strong for glassware.

Customer washroom is sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks.
Utensils and dishware are sanitary.
Cooler unit with fruit at 1C.
