Routine inspection conducted: Current daycare program offered in the building does not use the kitchen to prepare meals. - Handwash station adequately supplied. NOTE: Ensure to have the paper towels replenished as soon as empty. - Bleach available on site. 200ppm chlorine solution to be available on site for surface disinfection. NOTE: Ensure to have 1/2 tsp of bleach mixed with 1L of water to prepare the correct concentration. - Cooler operating at required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating at required temperature of -18'C. - High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.0'C at plate level after final rinse. - Not much food stored on site. - Snap trap in placed on floor. Remove old rodent droppings in cabinets shown at the time of the inspection. - Washroom handsink satisfactory. - General sanitation satisfactory but could be improved. NOTE: Storage shelves in kitchen cabinets- one right below the sink/one on the left require repair/replacement. Facility may be moving kitchen to another/larger room on the same level. Checked at this time. Ensure to contact the health inspector to submit a plan to obtain approval prior to renovation. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
