No other recent activity noted in locations checked, no food/food contact surfaces appeared to be impacted. Pest control report not available on site but staff requested a copy from pest company during inspection. Forward report to undersigned EHO, business card provided. Other observations: √ Walk in cooler ≤4°C √ Food up off floor ≥6”, good stock rotation noted √ Hand wash stations fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel √ Equipment appeared to be in good working order √ General sanitation and maintenance is satisfactory √ Thermometers present √ Pest control company comes in for checks monthly √ Temperature logs maintained and no issues with equipment have been noted No further concerns or further actions required at this time.
