Obs: 2 door "True" cooler was at 11 deg. C (ambient air temp.)
External gauge read 12 deg. C. Thermometer inside was reading 4 deg. C. Thermometer inside was not accurate.

Correction: Repair or adjust cooler so that it is capable of maintaining a temperature of 4 deg. C or colder. Do not use for storing potentially hazardous foods until it is repaired/adjusted.
Replace thermometer inside unit with one that is accurate/functioning [corrected during inspeciton]
Note: No food for food service to the public was present in cooler; only for volunteers/members of organization. Items were transferred to functioning cooler at time of inspection by volunteer

Comments

General Comments:
-Kitchen + bar maintained in a sanitary condition
-Kitchen, bar and staff washroom handsinks were supplied with hot + cold water, liquid soap + paper towel.
-High temperature dishwasher appeared clean/maintained and was operating at required temp. Final rinse was 72.2 deg. C at dish surface
-Bleach sanitizer solution was present in spray bottles (with labels) in the kitchen, bar + dishwashing area. Concentration of solutions measured 100-200 ppm chlorine
-Ice machine in bar area appeared clean/maintained.
Scoop stored outside of ice bin.
-Coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (< and/or = 4 deg. C) with the exception of the 2 door unit noted above
-Fridge/freezer (kitchen) 3 deg. C / -15 deg. C
-Delfield stainless cooler 2 deg. C
-Glass door cooler 2 deg. C
-Beer tap cooler 4 deg. C
-Bar fridge/freezer 3 deg. C/-11 deg. C
*One cooler (Delfield #1) not turned on at time of inspection as it is only turned on when needed. Ensure temperature is at 4 deg. C prior to use
-100 ppm chlorine residual detected on glass after glasswasher rinse cycle.
-No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection.
