Kitchen:
Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 77 C at the plate level.
Bleach spray bottle was at 100 ppm.
No evidence of pests.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
Bar areas had working hand sinks with hot/cold water, soap and paper towels.\
Food is prepared and served on the same day, according to the operator.
