Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several scoops were found to have significant amount of food debris caked onto scoops and handles.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure scoops for dry ingredients are washed and sanitized daily. Staff placed scoops in three-compartment sink to be washed.

302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No surface sanitizer was available for sanitizing food contact surfaces at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer solution is readily available for use during all hours of operation. Staff mixed 1 oz bleach with 1 gallon of water at time of inspection.

Observation: - Cooler and freezer door handles require cleaning and sanitizing
- Floors around dough mixer and base of dough mixer require cleaning and santizing
- Lids of dry ingredient bins require cleaning and sanitizing
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all areas/items noted above, and do so on a regular basis to prevent build-up of debris.

- All hand washing stations were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Three-compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
- General sanitation satisfactory
- Walk-in cooler and display coolers were measured to be at or below 4C
- Upright freezer measured to be at -26C
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- Accurate thermometers available
- Temperature records up to date
- Pest control in place - last visit was July 30th, report available for review. No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
