Met with owners Jitendra & Manish and the following items have been completed. 1. Permit fee collected $145.85 from Sept 2016 to March 31 2017. Cheq. #005 2. FoodSafety Plan and Sanitation Plan have been submitted and accepted. Daily temp. logs are available onsite for hot and cold holding units. 3. Copy of the certified FoodSafe handlers submitted 4. Violation 401 corrected (the staff washroom is supplied with hot and cold running water). 5. Spray bottle with bleach is labelled. 6. New menu submitted. 7. Pest control company in place. 8. Chlorine test strips are available onsite for daily monitoring of low temp. dishwasher. All wiping clothes to be stored in approved solution. (chemical supplier CHOPRP - Chemicals) 9. Trans fats labels are available. Note: Return the copy to owner of their F. S. Plan and Sanitation.
