Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Labelled sanitizer bottle with light pink solution available with wiping cloth noted at 0 ppm QUATS. Sanitizer solution is refilled daily from the 3 comp sink sanitizer dispenser - test strips available.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer is maintained at 200 ppm QUATS and is available in the labeled bottle. Since the sanitizer dispenser requires additional steps to setup there is opportunity for less than or no sanitizer to be mixed with the water once dispensed into the bottle. Therefore verify the concentration of the sanitizer with the test strips after a refill.

Observation: Multiple mouse traps noted along all walls through out facility. Pest control onsite monthly however due to increased activity, onsite more often to reset traps.
*Some mouse droppings noted in corners of hard to reach areas of kitchen
*Reviewed most recent pest control report (Jan 29, 2022) - high level mouse activity noted - new door sweep at back door installed - no gap noted. Front door has no gaps.
Corrective Action(s): Continue to control the pest activity with identifying entry points and removing any attractants with continued cleaning and food protection practices. No major concerns noted during inspection.
