Routine inspection: warehousing operation for coffee/tea products, no food processing. All prepackaged non potentially hazardous foods stored off the ground. Warehouse is clean and organized. Pest control services in place. No evidence of pests at time of inspection. Walk in cooler at 2 degrees C. Temperature monitoring records available for review. 3 door freezer at -18 degrees C. Currently not used to store frozen potentially hazardous food products for clients. Technician/equipment servicing room provided with a 3 compartment sink and a commercial high temperature dishwasher. 73 degrees C at the plate level during the final rinse cycle. No issues or concerns at this time.
