Hand wash stations equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm.
Walk-in coolers and other coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Walk-in freezer was below -18 deg C.
High temp dishwasher reached >71 deg C at plate surface.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Dry storage area was clean and organized. All food items stored off the floor.
Back hall area and servery area was in sanitary condition.
Staff washroom/change room was provided with sanitary facilities.
Pest control monitoring in place. No signs of pests noted at time of visit.
General sanitation was satisfactory; however, pay attention to ceiling tiles around the ceiling vents as dust is starting to accumulate.
Staff hygiene satisfactory - clean uniforms and hair restraint used by staff.
