Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers below 4C; freezer was -13C; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily.
- High temperature dishwasher had a rinse cycle temperature of 78.9C at the plate's surface, as per max/min thermometer.
- Quats sanitizer in cloth buckets was 200ppm. Sanitizer solution is changed every 2 hours, timers used to prompt staff.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; in groups to prevent cross contamination; and 6" off the floor on shelves.
- Air curtain unit installed above drive-thru window to prevent entry of pests. Ensure this is turned on from Spring to Summer to exclude flies.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- Utensils used to handle and dispense foods.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests. Abell Pest Control Company contracted to monitor for pests.
