Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating below required temperature of -18'C.
-200ppm chlorine solution prepared in a spray bottle.
-Low temperature dishwasher achieved minimum level of chlorine (50ppm) at plate level after final rinse.
-No evidence of pest activity observed.
-Washroom handsink satisfactory.

General sanitation of the facility satisfactory at this time.

Currently providing take out/delivery services only. To be closed from tomorrow for the next few weeks.
