Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - C5DRJS:

Back area 2 door cooler serviced. Ambient air temperature now reading ~3 degrees C.
Front area sliding glass door cooler also serviced. Service technician stated to operator to wait few hours before use. Ensure temperature is at or below 4 degrees C before storing the whipping cream and any other cold potentially hazardous foods.

Recommend purchase two new accurate indicating thermometers for both coolers.

All unfinished plywood boards no longer in use. Operator to discard.
