Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing station for the processing room was missing paper towels. Staff was advised to have the dispenser refilled at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all handwashing station adequately supplied at all times.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed on floors of the processing room and under storage shelves in retail area. No catch on traps at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all droppings removed and affected areas sanitized EVERY MORNING prior to initiating any food prep in the morning as well as before closing. Ensure all food debris are removed from floors before closing. A copy of the recent pest control inspection reports to be emailed to the health inspector.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash station at front adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; freezers operating at/below -18'C.
NOTE: Ensure the sandwich display cooler is operating at 4'C or below after the defrost cycle.
- Hot holding units operating above 60'C. Temperature monitoring system in place.
- 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles. Automated dispenser at correct concentration.
- Washroom handsink satisfactory.

NOTE: Good thawing practice observed at this time.
