Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers were -18C or colder; thermometers present; temperatures checked daily but not recorded.
- Hand sink stocked with running hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- Food storage done properly. Foods stored in food grade containers; covered; in groups; and 6" off the floor on shelves or platforms.
- Food handling practices done properly. Utensils used to handle food and hands washed frequently.
- Sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- Bleach used to sanitize dishware and equipment. Vinegar used to sanitize the hot dog roller. The use of vinegar as a sanitizer is not accepted, with exception if the equipment manufacturer clearly states to use it in the instruction manual. If not, stop using vinegar as a sanitizer as you are essentially using food to clean a surface....which will attract pests.
- No expired foods for sale or in use. Stock rotation rules followed (FIFO).
