Observation: 1. Walkin cooler found at 19.8c during time of inspection. All Potentially hazardous founds were discarded in garbage by operator. (List of all discarded food items created and provided to Environmental Health Officer during time of inspection.)
2. Under the counter cooler near cooking area (adjacent to dishwashing area) was found at 13c. All foods were discarded during time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Coolers must be at 4c or below at all times. Coolers not to be used until repaired and approval given by Environmental Health officer for use. This must be completed by June 19th, 2018.

Observation: Handwashing stations were missing liquid soap or papertowels.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handwashing stations are fully equipped with full liquid soap and paper towel dispensers. This must be completed immediately.

Observation: Dry storage items must be stored free from any contamination. There were spills in the dry storage area and reorganization is needed for dry storage area. Remove any items that are not needed for operation.
Corrective Action(s): Reorganize and clean dry storage area. Remove all tools/non food items immediately.

Routine inspection.
Under the counter cooler near naan/tandoor area found at 3.9c and equipped with thermometer.
See above noted violation for walkin cooler and other cooler.
All freezers were found at -18c or below.
Dishwasher reached 71.9c at dish level for rinse cycle.
Bleach water sanitizer in spray bottles found at 200ppm concentration.
Note: Ensure all bottles are labelled appropriately.
All foods are being stored off the floor.

Pest control is in place.
No pest issues noted during time of this inspection.
