- Handwash station (except for the one previously mentioned) were equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All cooler units were 4C or less
- All freezer units were -18C or less
- Hot held foods were 60C or above
- Sanitizer solution in spray bottle was detected at 200ppm quats
- Dishwashing machine was at 100ppm chlorine residual
- Glass washer was at 12.5-25ppm iodine
- Ice machine was in sanitary condition
