Comments

-Front display cooler were at 4C.
-Metal door cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -27C.
-Potentially hazardous pastries stored at ambient temperature and time tracked. After 2 hours, patties are discarded.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Food samples stored behind the service counter and provided to customers in single use bags.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-Food items properly labelled.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until July 28, 2024.
