Sanitizer spray bottle tested well above 200ppm chlorine - dumped and refilled at time of inspection. I recommend writing 5ml bleach (1 teaspoon) and 1 litre of water on the spray bottles so staff won't get mixed up when preparing this solution
General sanitation has improved since last inspection. Good, but please continue this trend to rid yourselves of the rodent infestation.
A follow up inspection will occur within 1 month to spot check proper sweet storage, scoops, sanitizer concentrations, and mouse situation. |
