Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): While rodent dropping have been removed from the floor, some dropping are observed on bottom shelf next to dishwasher. Remove dropping and sanitize all areas / equipment.

Observation: OBSERVATIONS
1.) Proper liquid hand soap was not available in all the handsinks in the premises. The soap was a soap lotion and does not foam/lather.
2.) Paper towels were not available in the handsink bar station area. Paper dispenser were not available in the hand sinks in the bar station area, near the dishwashing area, and the front of house.

Correction: CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
1.) Purchase liquid hand soap that promotes foaming. This will ensure proper handwashing is going to be done.
2.) Purchase paper towel dispenser on the areas noted and ensuree adequate supply of paper towels are available at all times in all hand sink stations.

Observation: OBSERVATION
Hand soap was not foaming for all hand sink stations. Sanitizer was pre-mixed in the liquid hand soap.

Correction: CORRECTIVE ACTION
Ensure to stop usingthe hand soap found during the inspection and purchase new liquid hand soap that promotes foaming action. This will ensure proper hand hygiene.
Comments

GEN.- The following items have been observed:
--> Raw eggs are stored in stainless steel container on the bottom shelf in prep cooler.
--> Food products are stored above ground.
--> Quats sanitizer in buckets are noted at 200 ppm
--> Dishwasher final rinse reaches at least 150 ppm chlorine on plate.
--> A new contract has been signed with a pest control company
--> It is noted on the pest control report that a hole has been sealed.
--> Foam handsoap in dispensers are now present at all handwashing stations.
--> Paper towel in dispensers are also present at all handwashing stations.
--> Employees now have proper amenities for proper handwashing to occur.
