Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Bleach solution measured over 200ppm in the bucket at the front.
- Bleach solution measured at 0ppm at the spray bottle in the kitchen area.
- Bleach solution measured at 50ppm at the third tub for the three compartment method of dishwashing.
Corrective Action(s): - Bleach solution should measure 100-200ppm for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
- Staff fixed the bleach solutions to meet the correct concentration.
- Instructed staff to properly sanitize the previously washed dishes with the correct concentration of sanitizer.

Observation: - No running water at any faucet observed during time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): - The restaurant will be closed until running water is available.
- Running water must be available at all times during the operation of this facility.
- Operator will let EHO know when running water will be available to reopen the restaurant.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - No running water at any faucet. Staff was using hand sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): - Temporary water jugs was put into place to provide water for handwashing.
- Handwashing stations must be fully equipped with hot and cold running water at all times during the operation of this restaurant.

Observation: - Rodent droppings observed through out the food premise.
- They are found in the following areas:
- Underneath the shelving of the take out containers
- Behind the stove
- By the both the full and empty oil jugs
- Inside the empty cabinets behind the kitchen
- Inside the empty cabinets at the bar area behind the kitchen
- Behind the glass cabinet at the corner
- At the corner by the walk in freezer
- Along the floor joint of the window side in the dishwashing room.
Corrective Action(s): - Please clean all noted areas with 1000ppm bleach solution and monitor pest actitives.
- Please contact a professional pest control company if more signs of pests appears.
To be correct by next inspection.

Observation: - Spilled grains at the corner behind cabinet observed with lots of rodent droppings.
- Food debris left on the floor which attracts pests.

- All coolers <4C
- All freezers <-18C
- Ventilation hood is well maintained
- Dishwasher is not in operational because of lack of water
- No hotholding was observed at the time of inspection because they are not serving soup at this time
- Single use disposable are being used to serve food for customers due to lack of water for dishwashing.
- Black garbage bags observed to be used to cover and store trays and dishes. Garbage bags are not food grade. Please ensure these food contact surfaces are properly washed and sanitized before use.
- Chef has current and valid FOODSAFE.
