Observation: A small number of mouse droppings noted at back of lower shelf in back storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up all droppings. Continue to monitor for pests and keep food in pest proof containers. Seal back door to storage room - recommend a door sweep as there is a gap at the bottom of this door. Seal any other holes where pests may enter. Forward copy of latest pest control to Fraser Health. Repair water leak under the triple sink.

Staff on site - has a valid Food Safe certificate - good.
Hamburger and chicken strips - cooked to above 165F (74C) today. Thermometer available to check temperatures.
Hot holding gravy - stored at above 140F (60C) - good.
Cooler temperatures at 40F (4C) or colder.
Freezers below -18C.
Reviewed allergy information and accurate ingredient information.
Hand sinks - have hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels in dispensers.
Disposable non latex gloves worn. Hands washed and gloves replace after handling raw hamburger - good.
Quats sanitizer dispensed at 200ppm. Wiping cloth stored in sanitizer.
Reviewed wash, rinse, sanitize and air dry procedures - good.
Cleaning and pest control - see above.
Leaking pipe under triple sink - see above.
Continue with licened pest control.
Improved lighting and surfaces to front dining area.
