Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including staff washroom, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Hot hold units were holding food at 60.0C or above.
QUAT sanitizer containers were available throughout the prep areas. All noted with 400 PPM QUAT.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 73.8C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
Note: The rinse temperature gauge on the machine was only able to reach 175F - as per Manager, they are aware that the gauge is broken and they have a work order in place.
Utensils and food contact items were noted sanitary and in good condition.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
