-Follow-up inspection to June 21, 2016. -Rodent droppings have been removed and area has been cleaned and sanitized. Area by the compressor has been cleaned and lighting has been improved. Did not observe any other signs of pest infestation. Last pest control report was from June 15, 2016 (viewed during the follow-up inspection on June 21, 2016 - report states the glue boards are the be inspected monthly) - inspection reports are to be left on-site for review. -Handwash station taps are functioning properly - stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Scoops were properly stored at the time of inspection. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
