Observation: General cleanliness has improved - however, observed food debris build up between cable & wall at cutting station, and under holding unit by cables as well. Cleaning also required at hand sink tap to remove build-up.
Corrective Action(s): These areas were identified in the routine inspection - ensure these areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner.
