Introduction

Licensing was on site today to follow up to the routine inspection that was conducted in October 17, 2017 (KMBH-AS8SEY) and a follow up conducted on December 20, 2017 (KMBH-AU8QSU) - The following has been noted: -Shelves were secured to the wall -Hole in the nap room has been sealed and finished with drywall -Staff files appear to be complete. -Facility no longer transports children from one facility to another. They only transport to and from home or to and from school to facility. -Attendance appear to be complete. -Licensee has posted the Manager's name on the wall.

Previous Inspection - Contraventions observed on FIR #KMBH-AU8QSU have been corrected.

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.
