Observation: Rodent droppings and food debris is significant throughout the entire facility: on shelving units, under palletes, and in the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings and food debris. Maintaining a high level of sanitation will help to minimize the presence of pests.
> Implement weekly cleaning of the entire facility, including inside the walk-in cooler.
> Ensure all hard to reach areas are addressed. Do not push or sweep material under the shelving units and into the corners.

Observation: Observed several old and unused equipment (chest freezer, shelving, equipment parts, etc.) stored in the area behind the walk-in cooler.
