Routine inspection - Hand washing stations were supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. - Freezers measured at or below -18C. Coolers measured at or below 4C. Thermometers supplied in each unit. Temperature monitoring log to be maintained and to be kept updated. - Deeper well noted clean and in good working condition. - Allergen sign noted at front counter. General sanitation is satisfactory. - Customer washroom maintained. - 3- comp sink maintained. Proper dishware washing reviewed with staff at the time of inspection. 200-400 ppm QUAT residue detected in the sink. - Sani-buckets with QUAT solution noted. 200-400 ppm QUAT detected in the buckets.
