Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The concentration of chlorine inside the spray bottle containing bleach solution is greater than 200ppm. A high concentration of chlorine inside the bleach solution can be toxic when used on food contact surfaces.

Observation: The cooler that is located next to the drinks cooler has an ambient temperature of 18C. No potentially hazardous foods were stored inside the cooler at the time of inspection. Operator mentioned that a technician will come in this evening to repair the cooler.
