Corrective Action(s): All wiping cloth rags in use are to be stored in a container of sanitizer solution (100 ppm chlorine, 1 tea spoon of bleach per 1 litre of water). Ensure sanitizer containers are replaced at least every 2 hours. Violation Score: 5

Note: Pedestal papertowel dispensers in use as supply for wall mount units is currently unavailable. Replace wall mount dispensers to accommodate an easily sourced papertowel product. Premise sanitation is satisfactory.
