- General sanitation is good.
- Main handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels. Ensure to stock paper towels inside the dispenser at all times.
- 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sanitizer available at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity. Third party pest control company implements pest management measures. Send a copy of the latest pest control report to the inspector.
- FOODSAFE certified staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection. Must keep copies of all certificates on site for verification in the future.
- COVID safety plan on site.
Temperature control:
- All coolers at < or = 4C
- Walk in freezer = -18C
- Temperature log available and up to date.
