Measured bleach spray bottle above 200 + ppm. Also noted the sanibucket filled with cloths but no sanitizer. * Get a better dosing system for bleach concentrate. Recommend dollar store soap dispenser. Winery cooler in back measured at 10 C. No PHF's kept in unit. Monitor for 4 C or make sure no PHF's stored in unit. check at next scheduled inspection. Handwash station good. dishwasher sanitizer empty, and replaced. Temperature at 71 C. General sanitation is good.
