Follow-up Inspection Conducted for report#JCHY-CHLTUJ. All violations in report#JCHY-CHLTUJ have been corrected: -No pooling of water observed underneath the worktable beside the ice machine. Floor drain observed not to be plugged. -Behind the stand-up cooler and freezers in the dry storage area observed to be in sanitary condition. -Shelving rack in the dry storage are observed to be covered with non-porous material and easily cleanable. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
