-Follow-up inspection to August 2, 2019.
-Operator has purchased 2 sink plugs, which are capable of preventing water from leaking from sink. Quats sanitizing solution was tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Staff member observed washing hands after using the telephone. Ensure all staff adhere to good hand hygiene practices.
-Hot holding of gravy was greater than 60C (gravy was at 71C - gravy was reheated on the induction unit).
-Frozen chicken wings were thawing under cold running water at the time of inspection.
-Foods items were properly covered and protected from potential contamination.
-Utensils were found to be clean and sanitary.
-Staff member stated they successfully completed FoodSafe Level 1 approximately 2.5 weeks ago. Unable to confirm whether or not student successfully completed FoodSafe Level 1 - information has not been entered into FoodSafe database. Staff provided proof of registration.
