Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw marinated meat observed stored directly on shelf above ready-to-eat foods (raw cut onions and tomatoes). Staff moved the chicken to the bottom shelf during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Store raw meats on bottom shelves and away from all ready-to-eat foods to prevent potential contamination of food.

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Walk-in freezer at -20'C
- Sandwich preparation coolers (X5) top and bottom at or below 4'C
- Under-counter freezer at -20'C
- Bar cooler at 3'C
- Temperature logs are maintained - good!
- General sanitation is excellent during inspection
- All hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 74.4'C with probe thermometer (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- Glasswasher at bar measured at 12.5 ppm iodine concentration with test strip
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles (X2) measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottles (X2) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- Ice machine and ventilation canopy observed in good sanitary condition
- Sanitation logs are maintained - good!
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Professional pest control company is contracted. Pest reports are available and verified during inspection
- Public washrooms observed in good sanitary condition
- Equipment observed stored in a sanitary manner
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- All food observed stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor
- Dry storage area is well-maintained and organized
