Staff member has stated he has taken FoodSafe, he will provide a copy of certificate when he receives it

Dishwasher tested at less than 50ppm Chlorine, staff have not had the dishwasher serviced by a professional. No receipt available showing service. Photos taken of test strips from multiple runs of the dishwasher and kept on file.
Staff continue with bleach dip after washing dishes, as per previous inspection report instructions.

Dishwasher must be serviced to maintain at minimum 50ppm Chlorine residual at dish.
Staff currently using pools test strips to check chlorine level of dishwasher, these test strips only read to a maximum of 10ppm. When testing dishwasher testing strips must be able to test to at least 50ppm to determine if it reaches minimum concentration. Discontinue use of pool test strips, if testing obtain proper test strips.

A Correction Order was issued June 26, 2018, section 16(b) Food Premises Regulations, Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not in good working order, to be corrected by July 10, 2018. Upon follow up July 10, 2018 the violation has not been corrected. A violation ticket has been issued.
