Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noticed quats sanitizer ( Suma D10) in unlabelled spray bottle. Several spray bottles of sanitizer stored on or near food storage shelves.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all spray bottles of sanitizers and cleaners etc. are labelled and are stored in a designated area away from food storage areas and food contact surfaces.
