Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bait being used in kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Discontinue practice. Bait used in food prep areas can contaminate food and food contact surfaces through cross contamination by rodents. Do not use indoors. Removed at time of inspection.

Observation: New mouse droppings observed in corners in dishwashing/storage room and on floor in front of cooler in prep kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Staff had just started shift at time of inspection; droppings to be removed, floors to be sanitized with bleach solution.
Correct by: Immediately.

Observation: Grease and food debris under and behind stove still present. Stove connected to gas line, staff were unable to pull out.
Corrective Action(s): Schedule professional cleaners for power washing of floors.

Comments

- Cleaning in dishwashing/storage room has been done, however new droppings were observed at time of inspection.
- Operators are hiring new Pest Control company beginning in February. Ensure to schedule bi-weekly services.
- Floors in dishwashing area still need to be repaired. To be done within 2 months.
