Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station in the corner of processing area not available for hand washing. A two-ended tip added to provide water elsewhere with the hose. If attempted, water can be diverted to the hand washing station for hand washing but extremely difficult. Hand washing station must be available for hand washing only and should be available at all times
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to provide a setup so that hand washing is available at all times. Operator re-configured the faucet so that hand washing can be done at the time of inspection

Observation: Walk-in cooler fan was dusted and dirty. Cool air circulates in the walk-in cooler and may carry dust and other physical debris to foods stored, contaminating the foods. Although they may be washed later, steps to prevent contamination must be taken.

Overall sanitation is satisfactory; back storage area is a bit cluttered but in sanitary condition. Ensure to organize the area for easier cleaning
Hand washing station stocked with liquid soap and paper towel
Hot and cold running water available at all sinks
When inquired, operator indicated that the cutting boards and utensils are cleaned with soap and brush, then sanitized with bleach solution.
Bleach was available on site for sanitization
Two compartment sink used for manual ware washing.
All coolers at 4 C or lower; all freezers at -18 C or lower
