A follow up inspection performed for routine inspection MKIM-CEDUZ4 and the following observations were made: - Talked with management (Sarah) in ensuring the meat slicers with be cleaned and sanitized at least once every 4 hours. - Sarah mentioned a sani log will be updated going forward to keep track of cleaning the meat slicers - Walk in cooler fan guard observed to be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner - Staff on site FoodSafe level 1 certified - All violations addressed
