Proper handwashing practices is important to ensure bacteria is removed from the hands and to prevent contamination of food. Corrective Action(s): Ensure liquid soap is available at all times at the hand wash station. Liquid soap was placed by the hand sink during the time of inspection. Violation Score: 5

Routine inspection conducted. Spoke to manager Shubham - Confirmed with manager ownership has not changed - Site serves pre-packaged food and drink items - All display coolers are 4C or less - All display freezers are -18C or less - Handwash station is equipped with hot and cold running water and paper towels. - 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer inside spray bottle is available on-site. Single use wiping cloths are available on-site. Wiping cloths taken off site to wash - Coffee machine is cleaned daily - Employee hygiene is satisfactory - General sanitation of the facility is satisfactory Note: Ensure all food and drink items are stored at least 6 inches off the floor to protect them from contamination.
