Observation: Hot water from tap is warm but not getting hot. Temperature was measured and was reaching a maximum of 36-37 degrees Celsius.
Corrective Action(s): Adjust or repair so that the temperature in the kitchen reaches at least 43 degrees from the tap. Do not allow it to go above 49 degrees Celsius to prevent scalding.

All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius or colder.
All freezers are -18 degrees or colder.
Dishwasher final rinse reached 71-74 degrees Celsius despite the lower hot water temperature at the sink.
Liquid soap and paper towel available at handsink.
Quat sanitizer measured 1000 PPM in the kitchen spray bottle. Reduce concentration so that it is maintained at 200 PPM Quat residual. Acquire Quats test strips to verify concentration.
