Overall sanitation satisfactory Hand washing station in the back stocked with liquid soap and paper towel Hot and cold running water available Prochlor (powdered form) used for sanitization. Staff follow the instructions on the product container to mix it with hot water. Solution used to sanitize bottles before air drying it. Single use caps are used to re-cap bottles Sanitizer LT used (5.25% sodium hypochlorite to make chlorine sanitizer. Nozzles are cleaned and sanitized with 100 ppm of chlorine sanitizer after each use. Freezer at -18 C or lower Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection.
